Since 1968, J.C. Kerkhoff & Sons Construction has built a strong and respected profile, both locally and internationally. From the very first home, built and sold in Chilliwack, BC, Kerkhoff Construction has held firmly to the family commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity.
President since 1977, Bill Kerkhoff has expanded the scope of corporate excellence beyond residential projects to include commercial and civic projects such as libraries, schools, hospitals and courthouses, and civil engineering projects such as bridges and roads. Building on their reputation and performance, by 1987 the company had expanded into Alberta, Ontario and the US. International expansion followed, and since 1995 has included projects in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Germany.
Today, Kerkhoff Construction continues to seek out opportunities for partners, principals, stakeholders and investors alike. Corporate expertise spans a wide range of possibilities: land development, project management and general contracting; residential dwellings and commercial complexes; public or municipal buildings and resort communities are all considered.
