Located in the several blocks away from Central City in Surrey, d'Corize is a 22 level highrise condominium with a total of 180 residential suites. The building includes 4 levels of underground parking and extensive amenities on the main level.
d'Corize is the 3rd and last phase of the Newgen Group development on this same site. The first two phases consisted each of 72 units, 4 story wood frame buildings known as d'Cor.
Project was completed mid-August 2009, and was completed on budget and several months ahead of schedule.
