Project Management of the Hope Park project involved the construction of pathways and lighting throughout the park, construction of a bus stop and band shell, and upgrades to the memorial plaza, Hope sign, and tennis courts. Included management of the Hope Park Project on the behalf of the District of Hope. Scope of work includes tendering of the various portions of work, supervision and quality control of work, acquisition of materials, accounting and contract management of subcontractors.
