STATUS
2019-05-27 Starting excavation of site
2019-09-12 Construction of both buildings are taking shape very nicely
2020-02-01 Exterior finishes have been underway for several months with the final hardie board siding being installed
2020-12-01 Interior finishes are well under way including cabinets, tile, flooring and finishing trims
2020-04-01 Exterior brick finish is now underway
2020-04-20 Site works to begin including site grading, parking lot paving and landscaping
2020-06-01 – Exterior finishes are 85% complete, while interior finishes are starting to finalize as well as landscaping and paving of the site
2020-07-01 – Suite energization will be starting mid July for both buildings
2020-08-01 – Exterior finished are 90% complete including patio deck railings. Interior finished are being finalized with the 1st building complete in September 2020.
2020-10-01 – Building 1 has been turned over and leased up. Building 2 is coming along with interior finishes and exterior finishes such as brick work, parking lot paving and landscaping
2020-11-01 – Parking lot is complete and landscaping finishes underway. Interior finishes in building 2 finalizing with touchups and completing hallways and corridors.
2020-12-01 – Building 2 on schedule for occupancy mid December with Final Mechanical & Electrical inspections beginning of December. Parking lot paving finalized and landscaping in the last stages.
2020-12-08 – Final Occupancy has been received for Building 2! Congratulations to the team for the completion of both buildings at Packing District!
2021-01-27 – Achieved Occupancy of Building 1 on September 1 with 100% of residents now moved into their units. Building 2 Occupancy received December 8, 2020 with move in’s at 75%
2021-01-27 – Exterior Wood Trellis 100% complete
2021-01-27 – On and Off site Landscaping; Shrub, Tree & Irrigation installation at 98%
